@tabifit: I’ve been switching up my workouts and keeping my diet pretty clean and I’m soo happy with the results! I have been doing only upper and lower body workouts lately, 2-3 times a week with light weight and high reps. I’ve been swimming in my pool for cardio as well as a little bit of cardio on the treadmill. I used to do 1 1/2-2 hour workouts 6 days a week, and I just got burnt out. Workouts are an hour now max and I am adding new foods to my diet I have never tried before (fish; halibut & salmon) to keep it interesting! Feeling good! I will prob return to training body parts separately in the future, but it’s a nice change just doing upper and lower for now! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ @beastsportsnutrition @bodybuildingcom
